Invoicing the sales team runs on its own

By connecting the e-shop to the accounting system, we cut monthly invoicing from eight hours to a few minutes. The company still uses Pohoda — just without re-typing data by hand.

Context

The client runs a growing e-shop selling in both Czechia and Slovakia. Orders worked without a hitch, but invoicing was manual work every month. The sales team re-typed data into Pohoda, which took time and increased the risk of errors.

What we changed

We walked through the whole process from order to bookkeeping and found where unnecessary work was created.
We connected the e-shop to the Pohoda accounting system the company already used.
We prepared an export for quick import into accounting.
We handled Czech and Slovak orders, the non-VAT-payer setup, and a duplicate-invoice check.

How it works today

The sales team creates an export straight from the e-shop admin.
The data imports into Pohoda within a few minutes.
Invoicing dropped from roughly eight hours to a few minutes.
The team runs the whole process on its own — no manual re-typing and no duplicate invoices.
